SHEPHERD HIEB is an American guitarist, singer, songwriter, and musician, currently a member of the band The Damn Shames. His musical style is best described as Southern Rock, Outlaw Country, Roots Rock, Americana. His influences include Lynyrd Skynyrd, Allman Brothers Band, Marshall Tucker Band, Eagles, Blackberry Smoke, Third Day and Audio Adrenaline. His songs deal with personal experiences, his love of the outdoors, the blue collar common man, and his Christian faith.
