FOR VENUES: SINGLE SHOW $75 MULTI-SHOWS $50 ea.

DGME will save your business time and money, taking the stress and hours spent seeking and securing entertainment and place that responsibility on us. We will book and promote your special event or performance.

• Draw from a carefully selected pool of talented professional musicians to find the exact fit and vibe you are looking for in entertainment. Based on your budget, we will determine a performance cost fair to your business and the musicians.

• Negotiate a 12 point Music Performance Agreement between you, the band, and us, that includes: performance details, compensation, event schedule, content & conduct, production & equipment, equipment liability, promotion, cancellation, any additional requirements, independent contractor status, governing law, and signatures.

• DGME will assist with promoting the performance through: social media marketing across major platforms, community bulletin boards and local partnerships, on-property signage and street-level advertising (if available and supported by the venue), sponsorship activations, direct networking with music agencies, promoters, and artist management, VIP invitations and influencer attendance, local press outreach and media coverage, organic word-of-mouth marketing.

• DGME will communicate consistently with you and the band to ensure all requirements and expectations are met, and DGME will be on sight the day of the show to ensure smooth service for all parties.

• DGME will conduct an After Action Review to evaluate the performance and satisfaction provided to ensure expectations were met or exceeded and to know if there is anything we can improve.

DGME will save your band time and money by taking the stress and hours you spend seeking and securing gigs and placing that extra responsibility on us. DGME will assist with locating shows in the areas you wish to perform. The only time we get paid is if you get paid to perform.

• DGME will book from a wide pool of music venues, clubs, bars, special and private events, as well as fairs and festivals to find the exact fit and vibe you are looking to perform. Based on your desired performance cost we determine a request fair to you and the venue you play.

• DGME will negotiate the same 12 point Music Performance Agreement for you that it does for the venues.

• DGME will provide bands with the same promotional package that it does for venues as well.

• DGME will communicate consistently with you and the venue to ensure all requirements and expectations are met, and DGME will be on sight the day of the show to ensure smooth service for all parties.

• DGME will conduct an After Action Review to evaluate the performance and satisfaction provided to ensure expectations were met or exceeded and to know if there is anything we can improve.

• The only time DGME makes money is if the band makes money performing. DGME will keep a 7% commission from the band’s gross profit from each performance, well below the industry average. DGME believes musicians should keep as much of the money they make as possible. We love great music. We believe in the power of music, and we want to see good musicians impacting the world with their talent and abilities.

DGME provides cities and community organizations with professional support to plan and execute successful concert series by handling artist coordination, scheduling, and event logistics from start to finish. The organization also assists fairs in organizing their music entertainment, ensuring smooth communication between performers, vendors, and event planners while creating engaging lineups that attract attendees. In addition, DGME specializes in organizing and coordinating small music festivals, offering expertise in talent booking, production planning, and event management to deliver well-structured, memorable experiences for both audiences and performers.
